30 day Terms and Conditions

Summary

Vive is offering a money back challenge guarantee for 30 days starting on 1st October 2023 for those consumers who purchase the brand from the Vive website and after using their products daily and continuously for 30 days they don’t notice any skin improvements.

To be eligible for your money back if you are not happy with the results you must take a picture of your skin before starting the 30 day challenge on day zero, on 14 days and on 30 days along with a picture of the purchased product when you receive it and at the end of 30 days.

Eligibility:

- The guarantee will only apply to women experiencing menopause skin symptoms and who buy from the Vive website.
- It applies to all of Vive products apart from the Travel Size Day Defence Cream
- The challenge is only available to those who purchase during the month of October 2023.

Timeframe:

- The guarantee provides a 15-day window after purchase in October 2023 and finishing the 30 day challenge during which you can request a refund along with the provision of photographs.
- All challenges must begin within two days of receiving the product.

Request Process:

- Should you not be happy with the results of the 30 day challenge you must submit a photograph of your skin on day zero of the challenge, day 14 and day 30 as well as a picture of the Vive Product(s) you used on a daily and continuous basis during the period.
- You must email your photographs along with a receipt of purchase form the Vive website explaining why you feel you have not witnessed skin improvements across the 30 day challenge.

- we will consider your submission within 28 days and if we believe there have been no improvements to your skin we will refund you the cost of the product(s) and any delivery charges you have incurred on purchase.

Refund Method:

- Any monies refunded will be done via the original credit/debit card used when purchasing the product(s).

Exclusions:

- Vive reserves the right not to offer a refund if they believe the product has not been used daily and continuously for 30 days, or believe that there have been skin improvements, or all the required photographs have not been submitted.

Return Shipping:

- Product does not have to be returned to Vive during this challenge if you are not happy with the results.

Limitations:

- If you are not happy with the challenge results you may only make one application for a refund.
- The challenge is only open to those people who buy from the Vive website.

Changes to T&Cs:

Vive may reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the guarantee at any time, so it’s essential to stay informed.
