Shipping & returns

All orders are sent via Amazon Parcel Hub 48hrs.

Yes - you will be sent your tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us via Live Chat or email us info@vivemybeauty.com with your order number.

You must include your name, address and order number in your package. Without this information we cannot process your return. Please ensure you have adequately packaged your items to avoid breakage in transport. We cannot be responsible for items that arrive back damaged.

We do not offer free returns unless your item is faulty. If your item is faulty contact Customer Service within 48hrs of receiving your order. We will ask you to return your goods with proof of posting. Once we have received them we will process your refund or exchange and refund your postage.

Yes, there is nothing to stop you from adding one or more of our products to an existing skincare regime, however, we do recommend using our products together to increase the effects of our CBD Tri-Active Formula.

We recommend our products are used within 12-months of opening.

Yes – the boxes are classified as paper and widely recycled in the UK. Our amber glass jars and serum bottles are recyclable. Check your kerbside pick-up for the hard plastic lids on the day and night creams, and pumps of BB Defence Cream and Intensive Anti-Blemish Cream.
